😣🔫 Two days down, three to go! Wahh.

Intake 21/05/13

Haven’t done an intake post for a few days so here’s one for today! I feel like I ate heaps this afternoon/evening, but I had quite a small breakfast and lunch so I think it all works out okay. Plus it was all so delish, so whatevs.

B - organic honey and cinnamon yoghurt, gluten free muesli
S - Carmen’s blueberry, almond and dark chocolate muesli bar, soy latte
L - barley wrap filled with coriander pesto, grated carrot, alfalfa sprouts and baby spinach
S - rockmelon, watermelon and an apple; wholegrain bread toasted with heaaaaps of natural peanut butter
D - roasted sweet potato, a raw carrot, and gluten free rice pasta with a tomato and mushroom sauce

Exercise: 60 minutes walking, physio stretches

I might go and eat a yummy blueberry Greek yogurt, because it just popped into my head and they actually do need eating before they expire. Also have to drink another 750mL water to reach my target for today! Ciao!

Finally defrosting in my super warmed up bed, ohhh so lush. Also, um, EIGHT DAYS BINGE FREE! New record? I think so.

Chilled to the bone.

Okay, not a great photo, but this was so yummy, and super quick and easy! I just toasted two slices of garlic and herb gluten free bread, topped one with coriander pesto and mushrooms cooked with fresh ground salt and pepper, and the other with a fried egg! Perfect post-ballet dinner, mhmm.

I’m wearing a thermal singlet, a long sleeve top, a knitted jumper, trackies, a scarf, gloves, woolly socks and ugg boots, am practically sitting on top of the heater, and I still feel like an ice cube. Wahh, someone rescue me and fly me somewhere tropical?

It’s a shame for a woman to grow old without ever seeing the strength and beauty of which her body is capable.
