Haven’t done an intake post for a few days so here’s one for today! I feel like I ate heaps this afternoon/evening, but I had quite a small breakfast and lunch so I think it all works out okay. Plus it was all so delish, so whatevs.

Slightly weird looking intake today, I ate lunch at home and dinner at work because I was doing a late shift today (I usually work days), and I ended up eating lunch over about a two hour period ha. It was more like having two extra snacks instead of lunch.
